I wanted one of my own so badly, so I did as everyone else has done: made my own!
The bottom picture shows the prototype and the new version together, I worked out a lot of bugs and design flaws out of the pattern before finalizing it. The prototype was done months in advance and given to my sister.
Wheatley here is quite large and very, VERY huggable, as he took up half a bag of poly fil. I'm really proud with the outcome. His handles move freely and his eye glows in the dark! Of course at some point, I'd like to buy a voice box for him, but I have no clue where to purchase one. But for now, he's fine as he is
This plushie was entirely hand sewn (as I still have no clue how to use my mini sewing machine), the eye and "face" details were done with fabric paint. Aperture logo was made possible by a stencil.
Please note that Wheatley here is not for sale.
The tutorial is now up and running! Here is the first part -> [link]
Enjoy
Materials: Soft blizzard fleece, quilting fabric, fabric paint, colored thread, poly fil. Time taken: about four weeks.

I'm actually planning on making a tutorial for him, so I won't be sharing the pattern just yet. Granted it's going to be a very long tutorial, I put a whole lot of work into making him
